Dean
founded Enakt in 2003 after working with Common
Ground on the
highly innovative Creator-to-Consumer Research
Project.
For the ten years prior to this, Dean was a
director of Mason's Book Centre, a national book-seller
and library supplier.
Achieving impressive success in a rapidly
changing market-place formed the starting point for Dean to help
many different businesses become successful in the age of digital
technologies.
In November 2006, Dean was accredited as an
Executive Associate of the Institute for
Independent Business. With
over 4,000 Associates worldwide, this network of business
professionals provides essential support and expertise for
business projects across the globe.
At the 2011 Australasian
Constellation Training Intensive, Dean
completed two and a half years of training in systemic
constellation work which commenced with Mindfulness Based
Systemic Constellation training.
Dean is also active in industry and
community organisations on a voluntary basis. He currently serves
on the ALIA Research and Publishing Standing
Committeeand as National Chairman of
Dads in Distress Support
Services. He was previously a director of
CAVAL
Collaborative Solutions and a member of the
La
Trobe University Bookshop Board of
Management.
